Awesome Weekend

I doubt there will be many more Januarys that we live in St. Louis when we can legitimately say we accomplished a lot of work outside this weekend.

The hounds enjoyed it too, spending a ton of time playing (and getting muddy) in the back yard.

We totally took advantage of two 74 degree days to take down all of our Christmas lights, clean up some more leaves and pick up sticks and debris from a storm. It made me feel like we were back in NOLA, minus all of the good food!

Having to put on a jacket again on Tuesday seemed like a slap in the face ... until we looked at the calendar.
