Finally, Finally, Finally!!!

It is with great joy, relief and excitment that I type this post. At approximately 8:39 p.m. Monday evening, an ordinance we've been working on to pass through City Council since November 19 FINALLY received a vote and passed!!!

After spending what seemed like umpteen Monday nights at City Hall until well after 11 p.m., the stars finally aligned and our bill came up for a vote. The Council members approved our plans for our stadium and applauded all of the hard work we'd committed to getting all of the neighbors on board with the proposal. Now we can finally start moving some dirt!
