Been Awhile...

Soo it's been awhile since my last post, but it's summer and there's a hundred million things on the table.

Last Friday after work, we celebrated the first annual MG/CG (maintenace guy/computer guy)BBQ at work. It was awesome, the guys fired up the grills around 1 and made St. Louis style ribs, brats and fresh from the lake fried crappie. And yes... even a little hoosier golf was played.

Rog and I headed to see our local minor league baseball team the other day, a guy from Tulane was playing for the other team which was kinda cool to see him again.

I also spent a day volunteering at a golf outing with an organziation that helps kids who have lost a parent and/or sibling. Hopefully I'll be be able do to much more with this group in the future.

Aside from running around, the real story has been weather that's almost but not quite New Orleans-esque. And of course during the 12 days it's been 96+ and humid, I've been playing golf, working outside and volunteering at the golf event. I'm a smart kid...
